No mouthpiece but I am going to ship it in a brand new Pro-Tec case(see image above) You will NOT find a better playing vintage alto anywhere. It is a masterpiece of silver-plating but, best of all, it is the best-playing alto I've ever picked up. ![]() When it was ready to ship, he called me from California and said excitedly, Man, listen to how this sounds, and he played a few licks over the phone. I bought this horn from Laksar Reese, a superb player and sax restorer. It plays in better pitch than any Selmer I've ever tried. Take this magnificent vintage silver Buescher alto(serial number 283764) sax. They aren't Selmers(and I know Selmers through and through) but each plays as good or better than its Selmer counterpart. ![]() I gigged with them and loved playing them. more I'm not a dealer and I never purchased a horn that wasn't top-notch and that wasn't intended to be a player's horn. ![]() I've reached the age where I've got to give up playing- which means selling off my magnificent collection of saxes(see my other auctions). ![]()
